Please note, registration may close 45 days prior to the event. If a test is canceled due to low enrollment you will be given the choice of a refund or a transfer to a new location. This can be done by e-mail only.
We understand that schedules can change. Please review the following policy to make changes to your exam.
- Changes Made 21 to 45 Days Before Your Exam
- You may request to reschedule your exam. Any approved changes made within this timeframe are subject to applicable change fees.
- No Changes Within 21 Days
- Rescheduling or other changes to your exams are not allowed once you’re within 21 days of the scheduled date. If you attempt to make changes inside the 21 days you will only be refunded 75% of the change fee.
