We understand that schedules can change. Please review the following policy to make changes to your exam.
- Changes Made 15 to 45 Days Before Your Exam
- You may request to reschedule your exam. Any approved changes made within this timeframe are subject to applicable change fees.
- Changes or Cancellations Within 15 Days of Your Exam
- No changes (including rescheduling) are permitted within 15 days of your exam date.
- You will receive a 75% refund of your exam fee if you cancel your registration or cannot attend. The remaining 25% is non-refundable.
